For correct use of the trainer, the pressure exerted on the tyre by the resistance unit must be such as to prevent it from slipping. To ensure this, the unit’s adjustment knob must be turned completely 3 times, starting from the moment the unit’s roller comes into contact with the tyre. It is also very important that the pressure of the tyres remain within 7/8 atmospheres for racing tyres, and 3/4 atmosphere for MTBs.
N.B. When using the trainer, to prevent damaging the tyre make sure not to use the brake to lock the rear wheel.
