Sport Training

We’re on the classic Spring course, in the most exciting part of the race, and the teams are getting organised for the finish.
We will tackle Capo Mele, Campo Cervo and Capo Berta, in that order.
Three legs that seem easy on paper, but which must not be underestimated.

Starting from Alassio, on the Baia del Sole, we climb Campo Mele and head down towards the centre of Marina di Andora.
Just over 1 km separates us from the start of the second climb, Capo Cervo, the least difficult of the three.
Then it’s downhill and about 4 km of flat land through the typical seaside villages, such as San Bartolomeo and Diana Marina, along the Ligurian coast, to the beginning of the final leg, Capo Berta, without doubt the toughest stretch, 2 km long with a maximum slope of 9%.
If we’ve still got the strength, we can do it at increasing speed, trying to get an edge on our rivals.
The boldest can try and take advantage of the steep descent towards the town of Imperia.
